Plans and licenses
FusionTerm is free for one person. Teams add a license key to unlock more users and features.
| Free | Gold | Platinum | Enterprise | |
|---|---|---|---|---|

| Saved connections | 20 | unlimited | unlimited | unlimited |

On every plan, FusionTerm also works in a phone's browser.
Apply a license key
- Settings → License. Copy the Installation ID (it looks like
FTI-1A2B-3C4D-5E6F) and send it with your order — your key is made for this installation. - When you receive the key (a long line starting
FT1.), paste it under License key and click Apply key.
The plan changes immediately. The License page shows the plan, users, saved connections, who it's licensed to and when it expires.
License keys are checked offline: FusionTerm never contacts a license server, so it works on closed networks.
Renewing
A license runs until its end date. The License page warns you 30 days before. Paste the renewal key the same way — it replaces the old one.
If a license ends
- 14 days of grace — everything keeps working; the License page says it has expired.
- After that, FusionTerm uses the Free plan's limits: nobody loses access and nothing is deleted, but you can't add users or saved connections, or use single sign-on or the Android app, until you renew.
Moving to another server
The Installation ID moves with the data volume, so a key keeps working after you move FusionTerm. If you set up a completely new installation, ask for a key for its new Installation ID.
